Refund policy

HIBOCT wishes that every item is the perfect match for your cultivation. If you don’t feel it’s a good fit, we’ll help you work through it. Contact us, we’ll respond within one business day regarding the following policy.

TERMS OF RETURN

Only HIBOCT can be returned or exchanged. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date and must be in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

-Once the return has been received by us, a full refund will be issued within 1~5 business days in your original form of payment.

-Unfortunately, we do not cover the charges of any returns arising from the buyer’s personal will. If the item arrives damaged or defective(associated proof must be provided), we would issue a shipping label.

Read Before You Return:

1. Contact us [service@hiboct.ntesmail.com] before returning any items. Please note: Items sent back without authorization may not be refundable.

(1)Have your order information ready, including the order number, purchase platform, and order email.

(2)Provide a brief description of the issue (if any). Photos (videos) of all labels on the original box are essential for us to proceed with your request faster.

2. Different regions have different return addresses. Do request return shipping information before returning any merchandise.     

Shipments Issued From China: Once shipped, goods from China will not be accepted for return or exchange. Therefore, buyers need to confirm that the shipping address is correct and that they have the appropriate customs clearance capabilities before purchasing. If the goods are unable to be delivered due to buyers’ reasons, we will not refund any fees paid.

Refund Payment

Any refunds will be processed via the original form of payment.

PayPal: Your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from.

Credit Card: Your refund will be credited into a bank account designated by you. Please note funds return may take a few business days to clear after refund confirmation.

*Your refund will be processed as soon as the returned product is inspected by our team and confirmed that it fits within our Return Policy. Upon our approval, refund process takes about 2-3 business days. Refund can only be made payable via chosen payment method during sales. (for example your credit card supplier). Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the provider,

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your return request will be processed within 2 business days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need an extra 7 business days to clear the funds back into your account.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, in case, you receive the product and are not satisfied. All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all accessories, please try to not through the packing box away if you’re not sure to keep it or not. Refunds will be processed via the original form of payment.
